4.熟悉数据结构，能够掌握常用的算法设计思想，掌握基本的算法复杂度分析能力;
5.熟悉数据库相关知识，能够独立设计数据库，熟悉分库分表、主从分离、sq调优;
6.掌握多线程及高性能的设计与编码及性能调优，具备优秀的文档组织与编写能力;
7.善于沟通及团队协作，学习能力强，适应能力好，有强烈的责任心，具备耐心细心的品质等;
8.有J工科研院所工作、熟悉基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)方法论、掌握SysML、UML建模语言等优先。
