公司成立于2010年，为临颍县产业集聚区特许经营供热供气企业。公司于2015年底建成5台20蒸吨节能环保循环流化床供热锅炉和30多公里供热管网给产业集聚区40多家企业供热，年用热总量54万吨左右；替代关停产业集聚区内13家工业企业16台效率低污染重的链条燃煤锅炉。此后，也为了进一步满足产业集聚区内不断增加落地工业企业用热及城区居民用暖要求，公司新上热电联产项目，即2×130T/H高温超高压循环流化床锅炉，背1台15MW背压发电机组，同步建设近10公里管网；并于2018年12月完成新旧厂区热源的转换，淘汰原有5台20T/H供热热源，满足了产业集聚区内近60家企业用热需求。并于2019年4月份实现热电联产。目前，公司占地118亩，现有职工92人。
