Beijing Jinyu Group Co., Ltd., formerly the Beijing Building Materials Industry Bureau established in 1955, has undergone 70 years of profound changes, evolving from small to large and from weak to strong. The Group has always adhered to and strengthened the Party's overall leadership, setting directions, managing the overall situation, and ensuring implementation, while being determined to reform and innovate. Through major reforms and restructuring such as corporatization, grouping, shareholding, securitization, and overall listing, it has developed from a local industrial bureau producing basic building materials like bricks, tiles, lime, sand, and gravel into a large state-controlled industrial group managed by the municipality, with a focus on "new green environmentally friendly building materials manufacturing, trade and services, and real estate," and is an A+H overall listed company. As of the end of 2024, the Group's total assets amounted to 267.8 billion yuan, and the brand value of "Jinyu" reached 127.047 billion yuan, ranking 64th on the "China's 500 Most Valuable Brands" list.

Jinyu Group actively serves the construction of Beijing's "four centers," proactively serves Beijing's urban planning, relieves non-capital functions, and participates in national key projects and major infrastructure construction such as the Beijing Olympic Games, the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center, and the Beijing Winter Olympics. It has successively restructured Hebei Jidong Group and taken controlling stakes in Tianjin Building Materials Group, taking the lead in achieving coordinated development of the building materials industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Relying on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Group has been pioneering and enterprising, with various industrial segments achieving strong growth and coordinated development, extending its main business to 23 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country as well as multiple overseas cities.
