工作职责
1. 负责项目现场相关的编码开发等。
2. 负责项目相关的需求开发、技术支持，保证参与项目的正常交付。

任职资格
1、大学本科以上学历，计算机、理工类相关专业，2年以上java开发经验;
2、Java基础扎实，理解io、多线程、集合、回收机制等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解；熟悉面向对象设计开发;
3、熟悉Linux 操作系统和主流关系型数据库的部署、调优技能；
4、喜欢去看及尝试*新的技术，追求编写优雅的代码，从技术趋势和思路上能影响技术团队。
5、良好的沟通技能，团队合作能力，勤奋好学；
6、了解项目管理和执行方法，具有一定的系统需求分析能力，以及解决问题的能力；
7、具有良好的学习能力和沟通表达能力，善于和客户沟通，善于团队协作 ;
