陕西郭家河煤业有限责任公司是由国有特大型煤炭企业江苏徐州矿务集团、陕西省煤田地质局、宝鸡市政府三方共同出资兴建的大型煤炭企业,位于陕西省宝鸡市麟游县境内，紧靠244国道，距宝鸡市100公里，距古城西安约150公里，交通位置优越，环境优雅。 公司成立于2007年12月，矿井设计生产能力500万吨/年，项目总投资约40亿元，公司按照“三个一流”（即设备、技术、管理一流，资源节约和综合利用一流，环境保护一流）的要求， 2009年矿井开工建设，2020年获国家一级安全质量标准化矿井。
