Recruitment Method: This recruitment (selection) adheres to the principles of fairness, openness, and merit-based selection, follows the standard of valuing both integrity and ability, and is conducted through a written examination plus a trial lecture. The written examination subject is the professional knowledge of the subject applied for. After passing the written examination, the trial lecture will be held the same day. After passing the trial lecture, a contract will be signed on the spot.

Recruitment Plan: This recruitment (selection) is for several excellent teachers for each subject in junior middle school, primary school, and kindergarten.

Conditions and Benefits *Category I:
In-service teachers, under 45 years of age, with more than 10 years of teaching experience. Those who meet the following conditions are preferred: (1) Won first prize or above in the comprehensive category of on-site classroom teaching competitions or basic skills competitions at the district/county level or above in 2010 or later. (2) Won second prize or above in the comprehensive category of on-site classroom teaching competitions or basic skills competitions at the provincial level or above in 2010 or later. (3) Currently serving as backbone teachers, subject leaders, famous teachers, teaching experts, excellent homeroom teachers, etc., recognized by education administrative departments at the district/county level or above.
The annual salary for this category of teachers is more than 150,000 yuan (including salary, performance, benefits, and five insurances), and the length of service and teaching experience are calculated continuously.

Category II: In-service teachers, under 35 years of age, with more than 5 years of teaching experience. Those who meet the following conditions are preferred: (1) Have taught graduating classes in the school with outstanding teaching performance, and the county-wide ranking in the high school entrance examination or primary school graduation proficiency test is among the top three; (2) Have served as a homeroom teacher in the school with strong class management ability; (3) Have served as an instructor for interest activity classes in the school and are capable of cultivating top students and assisting students with difficulties and developing students with special talents.
The annual salary for this category of teachers is 100,000-120,000 yuan (including salary, performance, benefits, and five insurances), and the length of service and teaching experience are calculated continuously.

Category III: Open recruitment of excellent graduates from regular higher education institutions, under 30 years of age, with full-time bachelor's degree or above and corresponding degree. For applicants for primary school and kindergarten teacher positions, the educational requirement may be relaxed to junior college. Those who meet one of the following conditions are preferred: (1) Graduates of full-time regular normal universities with bachelor's degree or above, who have won second-class scholarship or above at the school level or second prize or above in provincial professional skills competitions. (2) Graduates of full-time key universities with bachelor's degree or above, who have won third-class scholarship or above at the school level or third prize or above in provincial professional skills competitions. (3) Graduates of full-time regular higher education institutions with bachelor's degree or above, who have won second-class scholarship or above at the school level or have been commended at the provincial or ministerial level.
The salary for this category of teachers during the probation period is more than 4,000 yuan/month. After 2-4 months, they become regular employees, and after becoming regular, salaries and benefits are paid according to the school's salary plan, with an annual salary of more than 80,000 yuan.

Category IV: For those who do not meet the conditions of the above three categories, the school, in line with the principle of hiring at a higher level than the position and broadly recruiting talented individuals, recruits excellent teachers who are dedicated to their work. The salary for this category of teachers during the probation period is 3,000 yuan/month. After 2-4 months, they become regular employees, and after becoming regular, salaries and benefits are paid according to the school's salary plan, with an annual salary of more than 60,000 yuan.

Basic Conditions: 1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the Party's education policy, abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct, love education, have good professional ethics, and be in good health.
2. The major of the recruited personnel (subject to the graduation certificate) must be consistent with the specific major requirements set for the recruitment position. 3.
