岗位职责：
1.负责呼吸药品II期/III期临床试验的日常监查工作，根据GCP和相关法规以及SOP对负责的医院进行项目启动、监查和关闭；
2.对试验质量进行管理、培训和考核；对临床试验管理的相关活动进行记录并存档；
3.核查病例数据的合法性、准确性和完整性；
4.发放、回收、管理药品及临床试验的相关资料；
5.组织、协调并参加研究者会议以及会议后工作跟进；
6.参与临床试验方案和其它试验相关文件的撰写、设计和其他准备工作；
7.参与对试验中心（医院）和研究者的选择和资格评估；
8.在研究中充当研究者和申办者的沟通桥梁；
9.在项目经理的指导下开展工作，并向项目经理进行工作汇报。
任职资格:
1、教育背景: 本科以上学历，医学、护理学等相关专业；
2、工作经验：1年及以上临床工作经验，熟悉ICHGCP，有CRA工作经验者优先，呼吸相关经验优先；
3、专业技能: 熟练操作Windows系统，熟练使用MSWord，Excel，PPT，熟悉Internet；
4、能力素质：良好的人际沟通和组织协调能力；较强的独立工作能力,具有团队合作精神；适应经常出差；工作踏实，责任心强。
