任职要求：
1. 计算机科学、电子工程、数学或相关领域的硕士或博士学历，至少3年以上在人工智能领域的工作经验；
2. 深刻理解机器学习和深度学习理论，具备丰富的模型训练、优化和部署经验；熟悉主流深度学习框架（TensorFlow, PyTorch等）以及云计算平台；
3. 有成功领导并完成大模型项目的经历；
4. 精通Python或其他相关编程语言，熟练掌握相关的开发工具和环境；
5. 对大模型行业有深刻洞察，对新技术敏感，具备创新思维与快速学习能力，熟悉主流三维软件maya/ue5 工作流程；
6. 跟据项目需求训练AI大模型，并能解决项目实际遇到AI技术问题，AI大模型训练与优化：带领团队进行复杂模型的设计、训练及优化工作，确保模型能够高效运行；
7.会熟练使用Stable Diffusion/mjdjourney/ComfyUI等AI工具；
8.熟悉角色动捕/动画方向优化，熟悉角色动力学/物理方向优先。
