The headquarters, Shenzhen Municipal Design & Research Institute Testing Co., Ltd., established a laboratory in Shenzhen in 2005 and obtained CMA metrological accreditation. After fifteen years of laboratory work, it has established good cooperative relationships with environmental protection departments and enterprises at all levels across the country and accumulated rich experience. Therefore, it selected Nanchang, Jiangxi as its location and established Jiangxi Zhengda Testing Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as ZDT), drawing a blueprint for East China. ZDT was established on July 2, 2018, located in Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangxi. It has obtained CMA metrological accreditation and can issue legally effective data and reports to the public. ZDT has a building area of 1,870 square meters, registered capital of 10 million yuan, more than 200 sets of instruments, 2 senior engineers, 6 master's degree holders and intermediate engineers, and 95% of personnel have a bachelor's degree or above. It has more than 500 testing items, including water, gas, soil, noise, oil and gas recovery, canteen cooking fume, site investigation and evaluation, environmental consulting and acceptance, etc.
