3. Remuneration
1. Those with special-grade teacher qualification: annual salary no less than 160,000 RMB;
2. Provincial or municipal subject leaders: annual salary no less than 140,000-160,000 RMB;
3. Those with senior professional and technical qualifications: annual salary no less than 100,000-120,000 RMB;
4. Those with intermediate professional and technical qualifications: annual salary no less than 80,000-100,000 RMB;
5. Those with junior professional and technical qualifications: annual salary no less than 60,000-80,000 RMB;
6. Fresh graduates: annual salary no less than 60,000 RMB;
7. Probation period of three months; after successful completion, four insurances and one housing fund will be provided (pension insurance, medical insurance, maternity insurance, work-related injury insurance and housing provident fund);
8. The school provides housing for teachers;
