岗位职责：
(1) 参与业务需求分析，独立完成中型项目的系统设计、前后端开发及高质量编码；
(2) 后端基于Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流Java框架构建高可用服务，熟悉Tomcat、WebLogic等中间件部署；
(3) 前端使用Vue、React或类似框架开发响应式界面，实现前后端高效协同；

任职要求：
(1) 3–5年Java全栈开发经验，代码风格规范，追求简洁、可读与可维护；
(2) 熟练掌握MySQL、达梦（DM）、HighGo等关系型数据库，熟悉Redis、MongoDB等缓存与NoSQL技术；
(3) 了解分布式系统原理，有微服务、消息中间件（如RabbitMQ、Kafka）实践经验者优先。
优先考虑：
(1) 有Web、App或小程序后端及前端完整项目经验；
(2) 拥有原创技术博客或参与知名开源项目；
(3) 在计算机竞赛中获奖；
(4) 持有软考高级职称（如系统架构设计师、系统分析师等）。
