由韩国浦项和浙江华友钴业共同投资设立的合资企业。公司成立于2018年5月11日，注册资金3.1亿元人民币，厂址位于浙江省嘉兴市桐乡经济开发区高新西三路1060号，占地156亩，前期投资9.3亿，预计总投资达20.28亿。主要经营范围为三元正极材料及前驱体、钴酸锂、四氧化三钴、磷酸铁锂的生产和销售、新能源科技领域内的技术开发等。 公司建设项目有二期，建设年产3万吨电力电池三元正极材料项目。其中一期项目已于2019年8月建成投产，年产5000吨。二期项目将于2021年下半年开工建设。项目生产的电动汽车用高镍正极材料，将供应给中国本土电池企业和进入中国的韩国电池企业，这在一定程度上将会大力推动新能源汽车的产业化和普及率。
