睢宁宝源新能源发电有限公司成立于2013年7月，注册资本13301.6万元，主要从事垃圾、生物质焚烧发电、热电联产等业务。垃圾项目：为睢宁县民生工程，配置2台350机械炉排焚烧炉和1台12凝汽式汽轮发电机组及相应配套设施。项目位于睢宁县桃园镇朱官路以西，徐沙西支河以北。热电项目：睢宁县工业配套能源供应工程，项目申报规模为3;75高压循环流化床锅炉，配套1;台9+1台12背压汽轮发电机组。目前热电一期建成规模为1台75高压循环流化床锅炉，配套1台9背压汽轮发电机组。作为民生工程，将用*大努力争当产业强县的排头兵、城乡建设的先行军、民生共享的助推器，不断增强核心竞争力，为睢宁经济社会发展作出新的更大贡献。
