鹤山市东古调味食品有限公司现位于广东省鹤山市古劳镇麦水工业区3号，前身为始创于清朝道光三十年（公元一八五O年）的调珍酱园，原设在鹤山县古劳镇古劳墟，为当时享誉盛名的民间酱料食品小作坊，迄今已有160多年历史。解放后*终成立为国营鹤山县酱油厂，一九九六年体制改革组建为鹤山市酱料食品有限公司，二OO一年经市工商局批准更名为东古调味食品有限公司。现已发展成为颇具规模的调味品生产基地。
