禹城光大环保能源有限公司作为光大国际的全资子公司，位于山东省德州市，总投资约4.44亿元，以垃圾焚烧发电为主，设计规模为日处理生活垃圾1000吨，分两期建成。其中一期设计日处理生活垃圾600吨，配置2台300吨日机械炉排炉及1台12兆瓦凝气式汽轮机发电机组，同时配套建设围墙、综合楼、综合水泵房、冷却塔、高架引桥、渗滤液处理站等设施。烟气排放全面执行国家标准，烟气在线监测指标日均值全面优于欧盟2010标准。
