Nuplex Resins (Suzhou) Co.,Ltd is located in Suzhou New District, Jiangsu Province, and was established in December 2001 with total investment USD 19.2 million. Akzo Noble Resins (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was the predecessor of Nuplex Resins (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. which was acquired into Nuplex Group in the 1st of January, 2005. The company mainly develops, produces and sells resins products such as acrylic resins,alkyd resins, amino resins, polyester resins, and also provides technical and after-sales service. Thecompany has over 60 employees currently with annual output of 15,000 ton. In May and August 2008, the company has passed and acquired cerificate of ISO9001 Quality Management Sysytem and ISO14001 Environment Management System respectively.

纽佩斯树脂（苏州）有限公司位于苏州国家高新技术开发区, 前身是阿克苏诺贝尔树脂（苏州）有限公司，成立于2001年12月，投资总额1920万美元， 2005年1月1日并入纽佩斯集团。公司主要以研发、生产、销售丙烯酸树脂、醇酸树脂、氨基树脂、聚酯树脂等树脂产品，并提供技术及售后服务。公司现有员工60余名，年产能15,000吨。公司分别于2007年5月和2007年8月通过了ISO9001质量管理体系和ISO14001环境管理体系的认证并获得证书。
