岗位职责
1）核对内部采购需求，完善物料信息，完成采购订单资料整理；
2）在 ERP 系统录入采购订单，跟进审批流程，订单获批后下发给供应商，锁定交期；
3）持续跟进供应商生产、排产与发货进度，跟踪物流，保障电子物料按期按量到货；
4）到货前联动仓库与 IQC 安排来料检验，跟进来料品质，处理交期延误、物料不良等采购异常；
5）定期制作采购台账、交期报表，跟进货款申请、物料环保资料、规格承认书回签归档工作。

任职要求
1）大专及以上学历，电子相关专业，熟练操作办公软件与 ERP 系统；
2）两年以上电子元器件采购跟单 / 执行经验，熟悉电阻、电容、IC等电子物料；
3）沟通协调能力强，能对接供应商、品质、仓库多方，高效处理交期与品质问题；
4）具备基础供应商维护能力，管控来料品质与交付稳定性；
5）工作细心严谨，抗压性强，能独立处理采购全流程异常。
工作地点：赣州，可接受偶尔短途出差。
