Jiangxi Jiangwu Rare Metal New Material Co., Ltd. was established in September 2011 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. It is a mixed-ownership high-tech enterprise controlled by Jiangwu Holding Group Co., Ltd. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, trial production, and industrialized production of high-performance isotropic bonded NdFeB magnetic materials. With total assets of RMB 100 million, it has an annual production capacity of 1,000 tons of bonded NdFeB magnetic materials. Its products are widely used in portable consumer electronics, home appliances, servo robots, new energy vehicles, office automation, and other fields. The company currently has 88 employees, including 65 front-line production workers; 31 employees have a college degree or above, accounting for 38% of the workforce; 42 employees are under 35 years old, accounting for 51% of the workforce. The company continuously develops and improves its management system and has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, the EU Directive on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment certification, and ISO/TS16949 quality system certification. Based on Jiangxi's rare earth resource advantages and relying on the rare earth industry development foundation of Jiangwu Holding Group, the company strengthens industry-university-research cooperation with China Iron and Steel Research Institute, Jiangxi Academy of Sciences, Nanchang University, and Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, striving to build itself into an independent innovation-oriented, quality-and-benefit-oriented, and finely managed rare earth permanent magnet material production and research and development base, and to achieve high-quality and sustainable development.
