The company has established two major brands, "China Construction Steel Structure" and "China Construction Steel Structure Engineering", which are respectively engaged in "steel structure +" and steel structures, and conducts business in 39 countries and regions across China and five continents.

Steel structure business. The company has established steel structure manufacturing bases in five major domestic regions and in North Africa and the Middle East, with an annual production capacity of over 1.2 million tons. Through steel structure professional contracting, it has undertaken a large number of landmark buildings with large scale, high difficulty, and tight schedules both domestically and internationally, creating records in China's steel structure construction history for being the "earliest", "tallest", "largest", and "fastest". The Shenzhen Development Center Building, constructed in 1985, is China's first super high-rise steel structure building; Shanghai World Financial Center was the world's tallest building in terms of structural height at that time; the main building of the new CCTV headquarters is the world's largest steel structure office building and China's largest single steel structure building; Shenzhen Ping An Finance Center has been certified as the "world's tallest office building"; the Iconic Tower in Egypt is the tallest building in Africa; in the construction of Shenzhen Diwang Building and Guangzhou International Finance Center (West Tower), the company set new world records for high-rise building construction of "two and a half days per floor" and "two days per floor" respectively. As of now, the company has participated in the construction of 24 buildings over 400 meters in height globally, accounting for 90% in China and 42% globally. Engineering business. The company has developed two steel structure prefabricated building systems: GS-Building (steel frame + three-panel building) and ME-House (modular building). GS-Building is widely used in schools, hospitals, office buildings, industrial parks, and residential (hotel) buildings, with over 400 projects completed nationwide and a construction area of over 40 million square meters. ME-House, leveraging China's most advanced steel structure modular product production line, is widely used in scenarios such as hotels, data centers, and field camps.
Product business. The company firmly implements the new development concept and builds green buildings. In collaboration with South China University of Technology, it has developed the third-generation carbon-negative residential product X-HOUSE, which adopts design concepts such as modular structure and green carbon negativity, achieving 9 championships and the best overall results in the Dubai International Solar Competition. In Huizhou City, it has built and operated Guangdong Province's first zero-energy renovation office building, achieving zero carbon, zero energy consumption, zero emissions, and zero wastewater. In addition, there are green renovation and upgrade cases such as Bao'an 1990, Beijing Kailite Factory, and Nanshan District Government Building. In response to the difficulties of "walking" and "parking", the company has independently developed slow traffic and smart parking series products, which have been applied to the country's first bicycle highway and the country's first mechanical new energy bus three-dimensional garage. The slow traffic system has provided comfortable cycling or walking experiences for citizens in more than 10 cities, and smart parking has added more than 50,000 parking spaces to over 70 communities nationwide. In 2022, the smart parking company was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise.
Investment and operation business. The company has built a full lifecycle operation service system from project approval and feasibility study, planning and design, construction and installation, preparation for opening, to daily operation. The properties invested, constructed, and operated include convention and exhibition venues such as Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center, Zhumadian International Convention and Exhibition Center, and Liuzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center; cultural and sports venues such as Wenzhou Ouhai Olympic Sports Center and Liudong New District Cultural Plaza; residential buildings such as Wuhan Caidian Zhashan resettlement housing; and parks and social service facilities such as Liuzhou Riverside Wetland Park. These have won honors such as China's Top Ten Brand Convention and Exhibition Centers and China's Most Innovative Convention and Exhibition Center.
Scientific and technological achievements: The company has advanced technical advantages in the industry and is a national high-tech enterprise and intellectual property demonstration enterprise. It has won 1 National Technology Invention Award, 8 National Science and Technology Progress Awards (including 1 first prize), 15 Zhan Tianyou Awards, 49 Luban Awards, 37 National Quality Engineering Awards, and 176 China Steel Structure Gold Awards.
