Hunan Litong Electric Power Survey and Design Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Design Institute" or the "Company") was established in November 2018. In March 2022, CRRC-related capital completed the acquisition of the Design Institute, officially making it a subsidiary of CRRC and transforming it from a private enterprise into a state-owned enterprise. At the same time, the Design Institute also became the only design institute within CRRC with a Grade A electric power design qualification. The Company currently possesses multiple qualifications, including one Grade A qualification in electric power industry design (substation engineering specialty) and three Grade B qualifications in electric power industry design (wind power generation, new energy power generation, and power transmission engineering), and is capable of undertaking survey and design, 3D design, cost consulting, and other businesses for power transmission and transformation projects and new energy projects at voltage levels of 500kV and below.
