工作内容：
1、负责工业自动化设备上位机软件的设计、开发与维护，包括设备状态监控、数据采集与分析、控制指令下发等功能模块；
2、对接 PLC、传感器、机器人等工业设备，实现硬件通信协议（如 Modbus、OPC UA、TCP/IP 等）的解析与集成；
3、参与软件需求分析、方案设计及技术文档编写，确保产品满足工业场景下的稳定性与实时性要求；
4、解决上位机软件在调试及运行过程中出现的技术问题，持续优化软件性能与用户体验；
5、与硬件工程师、测试工程师及现场技术人员协作，推进项目顺利交付。
任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子信息工程等相关专业；
2、2 年及以上上位机软件开发经验，有工业自动化、智能制造领域项目经验者优先；
3、精通 Java 语言，熟悉 Swing/JavaFX 等桌面应用开发框架，具备良好的面向对象编程思想；
4、掌握至少一种工业通信协议（如 Modbus、OPC UA、TCP/IP、串口通信等），有实际协议开发与调试经验；
5、了解 PLC 工作原理，熟悉主流 PLC（如西门子、三菱、罗克韦尔等）的通信方式者优先；
6、具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能独立排查软件及硬件通信相关故障；
7、工作积极主动，有较强的责任心和团队协作精神，能适应一定的项目出差需求。
