Dewocon Technology Group Co., Ltd. is affiliated with Phoenix Mecano Group (PM Group) of Switzerland. PM Group was founded in 1977 and listed on the Zurich stock exchange in 1987.

Dewocon Technology Group falls under the electromechanical segment of PM Group, holding world-renowned brands "DEWERT" and "OKIN". Established in 1982 in North Rhine, Germany, it has a history of over 40 years. It began entering the Asian market in the early 1990s and officially settled in Jiaxing, China, in 2009. In July 2017, a 36,000-square-meter office building was put into use; in August 2020, the first phase of the Dewocon Science and Technology Innovation Park (covering 106,000 square meters or 158 mu) commenced construction, with a building area of approximately 150,000 square meters. In December 2022, the first phase of the park was officially put into production; in November 2023, the park was officially opened.
In 2024, the second phase of the Dewocon Science and Technology Innovation Park also smoothly commenced production.

Since 1982, Dewocon Technology Group has obtained more than 1,500 patent authorizations in total, including over 900 invention patents (over 900 authorized and valid, including over 400 inventions). It has been awarded the High-tech Enterprise Certificate issued by Zhejiang Province and is also a main drafting unit for the national light industry standard QB/T 4288-2012 "DC Electric Linear Actuators" and the Zhejiang Manufacturing group standard T/ZZB 1147-2019 "Electric Adjustment Devices". In May 2021, it established a high-level national laboratory accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), marking a new height in product quality testing and providing more reliable technical support for production, R&D, and quality improvement.

Dewocon has established five global R&D centers with the doctoral workstation as the core, and five production bases in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas, with nearly 3,000 employees in total.
