上海江南建筑设计院（集团）有限公司是在原上海市嘉定建筑设计院的基础上改制成立的股份制有限责任公司。93年以来一直是具有国家甲级设计资质和甲级勘察资质的综合性建筑设计院，有技术人员800余人，国家一级注册建筑师15人，一级注册结构工程师26人，注册设备工程师15人，注册城市规划设计师10人，注册岩土工程师5人，注册造价师5人，注册咨询工程师9人，高级工程师100余人，工程技术人员占90%。2015年获得国家高新技术企业称号。公司勘测设计所下设勘察技术室、岩土设计室、测绘室、土工试验室和钻探队，有员工20余名，其中高级工程师5人（有全国注册岩土工程师5人、注册测绘工程师1人）、工程师8人、助理工程师及技术员10人，包含了岩土工程勘察、岩土工程设计、环境地质、岩土测试、工程测量、测绘等专业。
