东平县环保能源发电项目，由中国光大国际有限公司投资建设，项目位于东平县梯门镇虎山村西南方500米，占地约71.3亩，总设计规模日处理生活垃圾800，分两期建设，一期规模为日处理生活垃圾 500， 新建1台处理能力为 500 的机械炉排焚烧炉，配置 1;12 凝汽式汽轮发电机组。二期预留1 台处理能力为300 的机械炉排焚烧炉，配置 1;6 凝汽式汽轮发电机组，新增一条处理能力为50的餐厨垃圾处理系统，同步配套建设飞灰无害化填埋池。项目一期投资3.75亿元人民币。项目特许经营期为30年（含建设期24个月）。
