【岗位职责】
1、协助开发主管/高级软件开发成员完成所负责的各种开发任务、具备良好的沟通交流和逻辑思维能力、有责任心，有团队精神，乐于帮助同事者优先
2、负责与其他开发成员一起，按时完成系统功能的各种前后台编码实施
3、负责对平台各种功能完善、 bug修复、性能优化、安全监控….问题进行修复
4、完成领导交待的其它开发任务
5、熟悉租赁平台行业，有过相关开发经验者优先

【任职要求】
1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，3年或以上JavaEE开发经验，熟悉Java、Jquery、io、多线程、集合、分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制……
2、具有较强的事业心、对工作认真负责、主动性强、有敬业精神，勇于面对困难和接受挑战
3、具有一定的项目开发经验、有良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力。熟悉租赁行业内的风控、合同、等方面开发者优先
4、熟悉或了解常用开发框架，如：Spring Boot/cloud、Mybatis/Mybatis plus、EasyUI、VUE、……
5、熟悉或了解数据存取设计和优化，如:CDN、OSS、MYSQL、Redis、ES/Solr……有NoSQL 数据库使用经验者优先
6、熟悉或了解开发辅助工具，如：Eclipse、Idea、SVN、GIT、UML、Redmine、Jenkins、Nginx/tengine……常用工具多种或一种
7、熟悉或了解前后端开发与有良好代码规范者优先
