职责描述：
1. 负责公司平台软件系统的架构设计、核心模块设计、数据库设计、技术选型等；
2. 负责后端业务核心功能的开发，编写核心模块代码和重要模块的技术设计文档；

任职要求：
1. 本科及其以上，3年及以上软件开发经验，软件架构经验；
2. 有大型项目开发或管理经验，有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用系统设计、开发和调优经验；
3. 扎实的Java基础，熟悉Spring, Springcloud, Mybatis, Nacos, Netty；熟悉MVC设计模式，多线程，高并发；
5. 熟悉NoSQL，如：redis，mongodb等；
6. 熟悉Linux操作系统，熟练掌握docker，Kubernetes，web IDE；
7. 有工业互联网，新能源等行业相关项目背景的优先。
