【岗位职责】
1、内部系统开发与维护
负责十方融海内部业务系统（包括CRM、教务管理、课程生产平台、数据分析后台等）的需求分析、设计与开发。
支持业务部门（销售、教研、运营）的效率工具开发，提升内部协作效率。
2、数据服务与自动化
构建数据处理管道，支持业务数据的抽取、清洗、存储与分析。
开发自动化脚本与工具，优化内部工作流程（如课程批量处理、报表生成等）。
3、系统集成与API开发
实现内部系统与第三方系统（如微信生态、支付系统、AI服务）的接口对接。
设计和维护高效、安全的RESTful API，确保内部系统数据流畅交互。
4、性能优化与稳定性保障
优化系统性能，确保高并发场景下的稳定性和响应速度。
定期进行代码重构和技术债务清理，提升系统可维护性。

【任职要求】
硬性条件
1、技术基础：
3年以上Python开发经验，熟练掌握Django、Flask等主流Web框架。
熟悉Python多线程、异步编程（Asyncio）、协程等技术。
2、数据库与中间件：
熟练使用MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB等数据库，具备SQL优化能力。
有Redis缓存、RabbitMQ/Celery消息队列应用经验。
3、工程能力：
熟悉Linux开发环境，掌握Git、Docker等开发与部署工具。
了解CI/CD流程，有自动化测试和部署经验。

【加分项】
1、有内部系统、后台管理平台开发经验者优先。
2、熟悉数据处理与分析库（如Pandas、NumPy），有数据平台开发经验。
3、了解微服务架构和分布式系统设计（如服务治理、分布式缓存）。
4、有AI项目集成经验（如调用ASR/TTS服务、大模型API）。
