岗位职责：

1、软件系统规划与开发
1.1负责安卓项目软件系统的整体规划、架构设计及开发管理，确保软件功能、性能及用户体验达到*水平。

1.2主导系统级软件（如Android02Framework、系统应用、驱动适配等）的开发与优化，解决关键技术难题和BUG。深度对接销售及客服团的软件需求，主导需求评审并推动落地。

2、团队管理
1.组建和管理软件研发团队，提升团队技术能力和协作效率。
2.制定开发流程和规范，确保项目按时高质量交付。

3、跨部门协作
1.与硬件、驱动、测试等部门紧密合作，确保软件与硬件深度适配，提升整机性能及用户满意度。

5、项目管理
1.制定项目里程碑，监控开发进度和风险，确保版本按计划发布。

任职要求：

1.计算机，电子信息工程，自动化等相关专业本科及本科及以上学历，
3年以上Android电子消费类产品开发经验。

2. 熟练C/C++/Java语言,，熟练安卓原生开发，熟练安卓常用开发组件应用；熟悉Linux常用命令，adb，git熟练操作。

3.熟练MTK/展锐/全志平台软件开发流程，有成功项目开发经验优先，有做过GMS认证开发经验的优先；

4.诚实正直，工作积极主动，有良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力。
