任职资格:

业务经验：

1、计算机及相关专业本科以上学历，3年及以上Java Web软件开发工作经验;

2、熟悉J2EE系统架构，深刻理解J2EE架构的优缺点，具有大型基于J2EE体系结构的项目规划、系统架构设计、开发经验，精通J2EE设计模式；

3、理解软件系统架构，熟悉面向对象分析设计方法，有较强的逻辑能力，具有OOA、OOD、OOP以及UML建模经验；

4、精通Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等开源框架，熟悉XML、Json、Javascript、Ajax、vue、Velocity、FreeMarker等技术；

5、熟练使用任意两种以上流行数据库如Oracle、db2、Mysql等，具有SQL优化经验者优先;

6、有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力;

7、有良好的软件工程知识和质量意识，以及良好的代码编写规范习惯；

8、有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。

管理经验：

1.具备团队管理的经验, 能够制定开发计划和进度管理，带领团队完成项目开发任务。

2.具备一定的流程沉淀能力, 能够沉淀团队管理,项目管理中的相关标准规范和流程。

3.具备良好的沟通能力，能与组员、项目经理、需求方等进行良好的沟通，负责技术方面与外部的对接工作。
