China Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd. was established in December 2005 and is an extra-large automobile enterprise affiliated with China Equipment Group Co., Ltd. By the end of 2022, China Changan had controlling, equity participation in, and trusteeship of 27 enterprises (including 4 listed companies), with 98 enterprises at all levels. China Changan has formed four main business segments: auto parts, automobile sales and services, automobile logistics, and automobile ecosystem, possessing strong full-stack solution parts supply capabilities, with business covering the entire automobile industry chain. It has built a three-tier innovation platform at the group level, business division level, and enterprise level, owning 5 national-level and 8 provincial-level R&D centers. Using quality VDA6.3, lean six major KUP, safety and environmental protection HSE and other systems as standards, it has established a lean system. The parts business includes four major system businesses: power transmission and electric drive, chassis, thermal management, and intelligent cockpit, as well as special businesses such as pistons and turbochargers. The automobile sales and service business covers automobile sales and extension, aftermarket, and new businesses, distributing mainstream brands such as Changan, Ford, Lincoln, Volvo, and Audi, with 278 outlets nationwide. In 2022, it ranked 33rd in sales among China's top 100 automobile dealer groups.
