岗位职责：
1. 负责运行在容器中Android系统定制开发和优化，包括系统功能定制、启动流程定制、模块裁剪与优化、权限管理优化等；
2. 负责系统用户体验优化，优化 Binder、AMS、WMS、PMS等核心组件，提升系统整体性能与稳定性；
3. 负责开发和维护Framework层相关模块，不限于网络、通信、音频、图形显示、多媒体、Camera等模块；
4. 解决系统各种疑难杂症，如各类crash、ANR、系统重启、黑屏花屏等；
5. 配合测试团队完成适配功能的测试验证，输出适配报告并跟踪问题修复；
6. 编写系统适配相关技术文档，包括适配方案、开发手册、问题排查指南等。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，2 年以上Android Framework开发 / 适配经验，1年以上Linux开发经验；
2. 熟悉Android和Linux系统整体架构, 对整体系统运行机制有深刻理解，具备架构设计能力和丰富的系统裁剪、系统优化、平台移植和定制化开发经验；
3. 熟练掌握Android Framework层原理，熟练掌握HIDL/AIDL接口设计、Binder通信、共享内存机制、SELinux policy、Framework核心组件、SystemUI、显示子系统、多媒体子系统、输入输出子系统、窗体管理系统等；
4. 熟悉Android四大组件原理和JNI开发，精通 Java/Kotlin编程语言，了解 C/C++（用于底层交互开发），熟悉 Android SDK/NDK 使用；
5. 具备清晰的逻辑思维和良好的沟通技巧，以及较强的问题分析与解决能力，能独立排查系统适配中的兼容性、性能问题；
6. 具有Linux和Android融合系统开发经验和熟悉docker和虚拟化者优先。
