岗位职责
1、全面统筹第三方达人直播合作业务，精准筛选与品牌调性高度契合的头部及腰部达人，制定个性化合作方案并推动执行。
2、负责KOC短视频分发机构的深度管理与资源整合，建立系统化筛选评估机制，从内容创意、传播效果、转化数据等多维度把控合作质量。
3、构建标准化KOC短视频内容质量审核体系，涵盖脚本策划、拍摄制作、后期剪辑全流程，确保输出的短视频内容既符合品牌传播需求，又能实现高效的用户触达与转化。
4、达人资源开拓：在主流平台（抖音等）找目标达人，依商品类目定合作方向，制定开发规划，分配监督开发进度。
5、商务洽谈与合作：与达人或MCN机构洽谈，推动合作；谈短视频及直播合作，分析达人是否契合品牌、有变现实力；建联后跟进协议签署、排期执行，助品牌入驻直播间，提供品牌支持，对GMV负责。
6、关系维护：与达人、MCN机构建立并维护长期良好关系，高频高质沟通；定期回访合作达人，提升满意度与忠诚度。
7、数据监测与分析：对运营数据和信息进行监测、搜集、整理和分析复盘。
8、资源协调：负责协调公司内部资源支持外部拓展工作，确保项目顺利进行。例如，协调产品部门提供样品，协调运营部门提供数据支持等。
9、完成领导交办的其他工作。
二、岗位要求
1、年龄26-35岁，全日制大专及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业优先。
2、有2年以上抖音、快手等平台头部及中腰部达人拓展及商务对接谈判经验，有食品快消类达人、机构或者KOL资源。
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑分析能力和团队合作精神，能够与达人、MCN机构以及公司内部各部门进行有效的沟通和协作。
4、有出色的商务谈判能力，灵活处理商务对接问题，情商高。在合作洽谈中，能够争取到*有利的合作条件，实现公司利益化。
5、吃苦耐劳，廉洁诚信，抗压能力强，能在高强度环境下保持冷静，承担一定的工作压力，有良好的服务意识和团队精神。
