框架与中间件：
精通Spring Boot/Spring Cloud生态，熟悉微服务架构设计及拆分原则；
熟练使用RocketMQ、Kafka、Redis等中间件，具备消息队列、缓存穿透/雪崩等问题的解决方案经验；
熟悉MySQL、Orcale数据库的使用和sql调优云原生与DevOps：
熟练使用Docker、Kubernetes（k8s）进行容器化部署，具备CI/CD流水线搭建经验；
熟悉Kubernetes资源调度、服务发现及弹性伸缩机制，能解决集群资源瓶颈问题。
业务能力
仓储物流系统开发：
参与过WMS（仓储管理系统）、TMS（运输管理系统）或OMS（订单管理系统）的核心模块开发，如库存管理、波次计划、路径优化、运费计算等；
熟悉仓储作业流程（如收货、上架、拣货、打包、出库），能通过技术手段优化作业效率（如自动化设备对接、RFID应用）。

制定系统压测方案，模拟百万级订单场景下的系统表现，输出优化报告。
完成单元测试及技术文档编写。
