Patent Examination Cooperation Center of the National Intellectual Property Administration, Patent Office

The Patent Examination Cooperation Center is a directly affiliated public institution of the Patent Office of the National Intellectual Property Administration. It has independent legal personality and independent rights in personnel, labor, and financial management. Its main responsibilities are to undertake the examination of some patent applications as entrusted by the Patent Office and to complete other tasks assigned by the Patent Office. Since the establishment of the Beijing Patent Examination Cooperation Center in 2001, our team of patent examiners has been growing and now operates in 8 major cities across the country.
