Nanchang Research Institute of Sun Yat-sen University is a new-type research and development institution (public institution nature) jointly established by Nanchang Municipal Government and Sun Yat-sen University. The institute is located at the Sun Yat-sen University Nanchang Research Institute Building, Nanchang High-tech Zone Science and Technology Innovation Center, North Aixihu Road, High-tech Zone, Nanchang City. The institute is fully operated and managed by Sun Yat-sen University, and fully relies on the high-quality scientific research resources and achievements of Sun Yat-sen University to carry out engineering technology research and pilot testing in Nanchang City, and is an important platform for promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Among them, efforts are focused on building research and development and industrial innovation platforms including the Precision Measurement Center, Innovative Drug R&D Center, Medical Testing and Inspection Center, Electronic Information and Space R&D Center, etc., gathering international and domestic advantageous scientific and technological resources, supporting the industrial development of Nanchang City in fields such as aerospace, biomedicine, and information technology, promoting the enhancement of Nanchang's core strength in innovation-driven development and the core competitiveness of enterprises, and building an innovative city.
