4.组织IPQC、OQC及产线人员质量培训，提升团队检验技能与质量意识。
5.协助客诉处理与分析，参与重大质量问题的纠正与预防，完成上级交办任务。

【任职要求】
1.本科及以上学历，机械、电子、自动化、材料等理工科相关专业；
2.3年以上制造行业PQE或制程品质工程师经验，具备扎实的质量工程实践背景；
3.熟悉ISO9001、IATF16949、ISO13485等质量管理体系，具备体系内审经验者优先；
4.熟练运用QC七大手法、8D、五大核心质量工具（APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA）；
5.较强的分析解决问题能力、沟通协调能力和报告撰写能力；
6.具备主机厂或大型制造企业品质管理经验者优先。
