Dongguan Precision Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. is located at Tiantangwei, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. It is a Hong Kong-funded enterprise, affiliated to Hong Kong Precision Hardware Aluminum Die-casting Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Hong Kong Precision Company was founded in 1968 by Mr. Wang Mingkang. Under his careful management, the company quickly grew and expanded. The factory currently has five branches: Plant 1, Plant 2, Xi'an Precision, Weili, and Wuxi Jiangsu. The new plant (Plant 2) was completed at the end of 2004 and started production in early 2005. The new plant covers a total area of 50,000 square meters, with a factory building area of approximately 60,000 square meters and a dormitory building area of approximately 19,000 square meters, featuring modern standard factory buildings. The factory area is lush with trees and has an elegant landscape.
The company advocates a "people-oriented" concept and adheres to the business policy of "quality first, continuous improvement, and multi-party benefit," bringing together many elites to grow together. The total number of employees is over 4,000, including more than 600 engineering, technical, and management personnel.
The factory primarily produces and processes aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, and magnesium alloy die-cast parts, as well as various shaft-type machined parts. Products are exported to Japan, the United States, Germany, Denmark, Finland, and other countries in Asia, Europe, and America. The factory is equipped with world-class production equipment, such as BUHLER, UBE, and FRECH die-casting machines, BROTHER, MORISEIKI, and MATSUURA machining centers, and MIYAHO, EGURO, and CITIZEN precision CNC lathes.
The senior management of Precision is forward-looking, not only emphasizing hardware investment but also valuing the construction of management software. In earlier years, the factory successively passed the ISO9001:2000, ISO4001:1998, and QS9000:1998 management system certifications. Starting from June 2005, the company introduced the ISO/TS16949:2002 quality management system, which was certified in October 2006. In 2007, the company introduced the 2004 version of ISO10004 environmental system, and based on this, established a new quality management system as a guideline for quality activities for all company personnel.
