Working hours: Daily-paid personnel implement standard working hours, i.e., five days a week, eight hours a day; office monthly-paid personnel also work five days a week, eight hours a day; 2. Social insurance and housing fund: Social insurance (work-related injury, medical, unemployment, maternity, pension) + housing provident fund; the company additionally purchases commercial insurance for some employees; 3. Accommodation: The company provides employees with luxurious suites, single rooms, double rooms, and 4/6/8-person garden-style standard apartments (equipped with air conditioning, fans, TV, washing machines, 24-hour hot water, private bathrooms, water dispensers, free WIFI). Piece-rate employees can earn a comprehensive monthly salary of up to 4,000-8,000 RMB/month; some positions have position allowances of 0-400 RMB/month, performance bonuses of 0-600 RMB/month; overtime pay on regular days is 13.79-16.81 RMB/hour, rest day overtime is 18.39-22.41 RMB/hour, and holiday overtime is 27.59-33.62 RMB/hour.
