5. 精通基于Spring Boot、Spring Cloud的微服务架构，有相应的应用实施解决方案经验
6. 具有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用、强一致性系统设计开发经验
7. 良好的沟通能力，责任心强，具有较强的团队精神和抗压能力
