推荐系统后端开发工程师
职位概述：参与智能推荐系统的后端工程建设，负责从用户行为数据采集、特征加工到推荐结果服务化输出的关键链路研发，支撑核心内容场景的稳定分发与个性化推荐能力。
工作职责：
（1）负责推荐系统服务端开发，完成推荐结果输出层接口设计与实现，支撑全局推荐、用户兴趣推荐及关联推荐等业务场景。
（2）建设用户行为埋点与数据闭环体系，对接APP端多类型行为数据，保障数据采集的完整性、稳定性与可用性。
（3）参与用户特征与画像系统建设，基于Redis、Hive等组件实现用户特征的存储、更新与回流，支撑推荐策略实时优化。
（4）参与高并发系统架构优化与日常稳定性建设，完善监控与告警体系，提升系统可维护性。
任职要求：
（1）精通Java语言，熟悉SpringBoot/SpringCloud微服务体系，具备分布式系统研发经验。
（2）熟悉MySQL/MongoDB等数据库及Redis缓存机制，具备一定性能优化能力。
（3）了解Kafka消息队列及常见大数据组件（Hive/HDFS），能够支撑行为数据与特征数据处理。
（4）熟悉Docker/K8s等基础工程化工具，有实际项目使用经验。
优先项
（1）有推荐系统相关工程经验，了解向量召回、排序服务或规则策略实现。
（2）熟悉Spark或Flink等计算框架，参与过特征计算或数据处理链路建设。
（3）有埋点系统、用户画像或多端用户ID关联经验。
