国家电投集团新疆能源化工有限责任公司（简称：新疆能源化工），是由国家五大发电集团之一的国家电力投资集团公司控股，新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会参股的大型国有企业。截至2019年底，总装机达到291万千瓦，资产总额320亿元。截至2019年12月底，管理电力装机容量达到418万千瓦。新疆能源化工所属的吐鲁番公司成立于2011年6月，位于新疆吐鲁番市高昌区，负责国家电投集团在吐鲁番区域的风电、光伏发电新能源项目的投资和电站运营管理，现管理装机50万千瓦，已形成以七泉湖、连木沁、鄯善东、小草湖为四个核心区域，具有高质量发展后劲的新能源电力企业。
