The Group currently has 5 wholly-owned second-tier subsidiaries and 4 third-tier subsidiaries. It mainly undertakes first-level land development, infrastructure construction, and investment promotion in the Airport International Business New City area, and actively expands into other high-quality project investments such as real estate, landscaping, urban operations, equity participation in the Tianhe Airport Bonded Logistics Center, and joint construction of comprehensive oil and gas energy supply stations with Sinopec. Over the past nearly 9 years since its establishment, the company has gradually grown into a modern enterprise group with limited diversified business development, continuously improving talent allocation, governance systems, and governance capabilities.
