四、跨部门协同
1. 联动研发、生产、项目管理部门，确保客户需求高效传递与项目顺利交付。
任职资格
1. 学历：全日制本科及以上学历，生物技术、制药工程、生物化学、药学等相关专业。
2. 经验：大分子CDMO/CRO/生物制药企业商务拓展或销售经验优先，熟悉国内外生物药企生态；
3. 销售驱动力
1) 强烈的目标导向与结果意识，具备主动挖掘商机、推进长周期复杂谈判的能力；
2) 对销售全流程（线索→签约→回款）有系统方法论，抗压性强。
5. 行业洞察力
1) 熟悉大分子药物开发流程（细胞株构建、上下游工艺、分析方法、注册申报）；
2) 了解FDA/EMA/NMPA法规要求及CMC申报逻辑。
