Zhihui City

Zhihui City was founded in June 2018 and upgraded to a group in January 2020. Its headquarters is located in Wuhan. It has several professional subsidiaries, including Wuhan Quanjianmian Surveying and Mapping Co., Ltd., Wuhan Haiyuanjing Construction Co., Ltd., Wuhan Bimu Construction Technology Co., Ltd., Wuhan Yibulu Real Estate Agency Services Co., Ltd., Hubei Xincheng Hengzhu Engineering Design Co., Ltd., and Hubei Youdu Construction Co., Ltd., as well as three regional branches in Xiangyang, Yichang, and Gedian. The group has jointly established the "Urban and Rural Planning Control and Technical Service Practice Center" with Wuhan University of Technology. The group currently has more than 300 employees, including 1 Ph.D. and 50 master's degree holders. There are more than 40 personnel with senior professional titles and more than 30 registered personnel of various types, including registered planners, architects, surveyors, consulting engineers, electrical, HVAC, and others. The group specializes in spatial planning, whole-process consulting, whole-process surveying and mapping, architectural design, various specialized design and construction (EPC), and smart city construction, providing government and enterprises with a "planning + design + construction + operation + service" integrated system solution. The group mainly serves the urban and rural planning and construction market of Wuhan City and Hubei Province, while also covering the national market, and will gradually develop into a national enterprise with a modern system. With the goal of "Zhihui, helping a better urban and rural life," the group adheres to the business philosophy of "focusing on the front end, solidifying the back end" and the business development model of "professional, focused, dedicated," integrating brand and technology, timeliness and service, standards and R&D, and resources and management to create an industry leader that "builds standards, creates brands, and makes products." The group holds multiple qualifications, including Grade B for urban and rural planning compilation, Grade B for surveying and mapping, Grade B for the construction industry (construction engineering), Grade B for landscape architecture engineering design, Grade 3 for general contracting of construction engineering construction, general contracting of municipal public engineering construction, and general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering construction. It is a member of various domestic industry organizations and social groups such as the Hubei Urban Planning Association, China Engineering Consulting Association, Chinese Society for Surveying and Mapping, Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture, and China Graphics Society.
