中节能（黄骅）环保能源有限公司成立于2019年4月24日，是中国环保集团下属子公司，是一家以节能环保为主业的中央企业，项目总投资3.69亿，公司主要经营范围为生活垃圾焚烧发电项目，销售所产生的电力、热力，灰渣综合利用，研究开发垃圾处理技术，提供相关技术咨询服务等。 项目建成后位于沧州市黄骅市羊二庄镇307国道附近。项目采用先进的机械炉排炉焚烧工艺，分两期建设，先建设一台日处理量600吨的焚烧炉，预留二期扩建用地。建成后可满足黄骅市以及渤海新区生活垃圾的无害化、减量化、资源化处理需求。
