工作职责
1. 负责PG信号发生器的现场安装调试、故障诊断与技术问题解决，保障客户产线稳定运行；
2. 对接客户技术需求，提供专业的技术咨询与方案支持，输出清晰的问题分析报告与操作指导文档；
3. 联动研发、生产，反馈客户现场的产品优化建议，推动产品迭代与技术改进；
4. 参与客户培训工作，向客户方技术人员传递设备操作、维护及故障处理的专业知识。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，自动化、机械工程、电子信息等相关专业；
2. 熟悉嵌入式软件，熟悉stm32芯片；
3. 具备较强的问题分析能力与动手实操能力，能独立应对复杂的现场技术故障；
4. 拥有良好的沟通表达与客户服务意识，能快速理解客户需求并提供有效解决方案；
5. 适应出差，能接受客户现场驻场支持的工作安排。
