岗位职责：
1.负责平台或系统的技术决策、架构规划、设计、风险评估及其演进，确保系统架构能够支撑当前和未来的业务发展需求；
2.主导系统性能优化，解决技术难题，持续提升系统在高并发与海量数据处理场景下的性能表现；
3.负责团队基础设施的搭建，参与系统技术方案的评估、代码审查，并推动团队成员提高代码质量；
4.编写核心关键模块代码，重点负责高并发多线程代码；
5.指导初级和中级开发人员的技术成长。
任职要求：
1.5年及以上大型互联网企业或金融行业中大型项目的架构设计和开发经验；
2.精通JAVA编程语言和面向对象编程，熟练掌握核心语法、集合框架、多线程编程、异常处理、JVM等机制；
3.掌握至少一到两个主流的JAVA框架，如Dubbo、SpringCloud、Mybatis等；
4.深入理解计算机科学原理，掌握算法和数据结构，了解操作系统的基本原理，掌握网络协议；
5.热爱技术，具有较强问题解决能力。
