服务端开发工程师（Python)
岗位职责
1. 负责公司后端服务的需求分析、设计、编码与迭代优化，保障系统稳定性与性能；
2. 基于Python + Django进行 Web 和移动端后台服务的应用开发，包括接口设计、业务逻辑实现、数据模型设计；
3. 参与数据库设计与优化，编写高效 SQL，保障数据存储与查询效率；
4. 高效完成研发主管分配的工作任务，并能和研发主管形成工作搭档，并及时进行任务补位；
5. 跟进线上问题，快速定位并解决 Bug，持续优化系统架构与代码质量；
6. 编写技术文档、接口文档，参与代码评审，推动团队技术规范落地。

任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3-5 年 Python 后端开发经验；
2. 精通Python语言，熟练掌握Django框架及其生态（DRF 优先），能独立完成项目开发；
3. 熟悉 MySQL/PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库，具备数据库设计、索引优化能力；
4. 有 RESTful API 开发经验；
5. 具备良好的代码规范、逻辑思维与问题排查能力，责任心强；
6. 工作流、房屋租赁，后台管理系统等项目经验者优先。
