哈尔滨友谊宫座落在美丽的松花江畔，庄严雄伟的古典建筑群是我市沿江地标性建筑。友谊宫始建于1954年，原名中苏友谊宫，目前隶属于市政府办公厅，为经营性事业单位，是地市级以上领导及相关的专家学者公务活动的重要接待基地。历史上以其特殊的地位接待过多位老一辈革命家和外国元首与知名人士。2004年被国家旅游局评定为“四星级旅游涉外饭店”，2011年被国家商务部评定为“中华老字号”。　　哈尔滨友谊宫是哈尔滨市“国宾馆”和“黑龙江省国际会议中心”，四星级涉外酒店，为哈尔滨市政府办公厅管理的事业单位，负责省、市公务接待和举行政务和外事活动的重要场所。国家旅游局*早指定的旅游接待窗口单位，哈尔滨市政务接待基地，因工作需要招聘政务接待人员。
