5. 参与各个团队，部门之间的协调合作、保证沟通顺畅；
任职条件：
1. 具备3年以上的10人团队管理经验，并且在一直参与一线研发
2. 本科及以上学历，8年及以上Java开发经验，具备Python语言开发能力
3. 精通Java 深入掌握IO、多线程、集合等基础知识、
4. 精通使用PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle中的一种，熟悉Kafka、RabbitMq等消息队列以及Redis、ElasticSearch使用；
5. 精通大规模集群架构原理，对底层的实现有深入研究，有大规模的线上并发场景工作经验。
6. 熟练使用Linux操作系统，掌握docker容器化操作技术，能独立部署常用服务和项目；
7. 工作态度端正，积极主动，责任心强，有良好的沟通能力、抗压能力和协作意识
